I am staying at the hotel or have a reservation and want to go to the spa, what should I do?
To enjoy our spa services during your stay, whether you are currently staying or have a future reservation, you must book the desired spa treatment or service. Once in the booking process, provide your reservation and/or room number in the designated field to associate your spa request with your hotel stay.
My reservation already includes a thermal circuit, what should I do?
If your reservation already includes access to the thermal circuit, you must call reception to schedule your appointment at the phone number +34 922 719 910 or via email at recepcion.vitanova@dreamplacehotels.com
I already have a reservation, what should I keep in mind before arriving at the spa?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the scheduled treatment or service for prior preparation. It is essential to present your ID card or passport for identification and to enjoy the reserved services.
Can children access the spa?
Children under 4 years old are not allowed to enter. Children ages 4-12 may enter Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and children ages 13-16 can enter when accompanied by an adult. A maximum of 2 children per adult is allowed.
How long is the thermal circuit?
The duration of the thermal circuit is 2 hours. If you wish to extend it, you can ask about the supplement at our spa's reception.
I have a treatment booked, what do I need to keep in mind?
To ensure your safety during your treatment, please inform us in the comments section during the booking process if you have any allergies, injuries, medical conditions, or have undergone surgery. We will adapt the procedure to your needs. Additionally, if you prefer your therapist to be male or female, you can indicate this at the time of booking.
