DREAM RATE

Get between 10% and 15% extra discount for booking on the website, by phone or, taking advantage of your stay, at the reception of our hotels.

The DREAM rate does not require any upfront payment. The hotel will not charge any prior deposit; payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel.

In high season: this rate can be modified or canceled up to 7 days prior to the check-in time. In case of cancellation or no-show (not arriving at the hotel) within the 7 days before arrival, 1 night will be charged as a penalty.

In low season: this rate can be modified or canceled up to 48 hours prior to the check-in time. In case of cancellation or no-show (not arriving at the hotel) within those 48 hours, 1 night will be charged as a penalty.

  • High season: From July 1 to August 31 (both included); from December 23 to January 3 (both included); in Easter 2025 from April 13 to April 20 (both included) and in Easter 2026 from March 29 to April 5 (both included).
  • Low season: dates not included in high season

*At the Hotel Cristina by Tigotan 5*, Las Palmas, this rate may be modified or canceled until 24 hours before arrival at the hotel. In case of cancellation within this period or no show (not arriving at the hotel), one night will be charged as a penalty.

MODIFIABLE RATE

MODIFIABLE rate requires the payment of one night.

The hotel will charge one night's stay as a deposit within 48 hours after making your reservation.

In case of cancellation or no show (failure to arrive at the hotel), the deposit, that is, the advance payment for one night, will not be refunded. If payment cannot be processed (due to a declined or expired card, expiration before or during the month of arrival, or any other reason that prevents the charge), the hotel will cancel the reservation and inform the customer. The remaining payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.

During high season: this rate can be modified up to 7 days prior to the check-in time. In the event of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded as a penalty.

During low season: this rate can be modified up to 48 hours prior to the check-in time. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, the deposit will not be refunded as a penalty.

STANDARD RATE

The standard option with all essential services.

STANDARD Rate does not require payment in advance. The hotel will not charge any advance deposit: the payment will be made on arrival at the hotel.

During peak season: this rate can be modified or cancelled until 7 days prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within the 7 days before arrival, one night will be charged as a penalty.

During off-season: this rate can be modified or cancelled until 48h prior to check-in time. In the event of cancellation or no show (i.e., the guest does not arrive at the hotel) within 48h, one night will be charged as a penalty.

  • Peak season: From 1st July to 31st August (both inclusive); from 23rd December to 3rd January (both inclusive); during Easter 2025 from 13th April to 20th April (both inclusive) and during Easter 2026 from 29th March to 5th April (both inclusive).
  • Off-season: dates not included in the Peak-season.

NON REFUNDABLE RATE

We reward you with the biggest discount for making your reservation in advance.

NON-REFUNDABLE rate is not subject to modifications, cancellations or changes due to fluctuations in the price.

100% of your stay will be charged within the 48h after making your reservation.
If the amount cannot be charged (due to refusal of credit card, or expiry of credit card, or credit card that expires before on in the same month as arrival, or for any other reason that prevents the amount from being charged), the hotel will cancel this reservation and will notify the customer of this.

SPECIAL RATES

BLACK FRIDAY, BOXING DAY, DREAM DAYS rates...

The BLACK FRIDAY, BOXING DAY, DREAM DAYS rates require payment for one night. The hotel will charge one night's deposit within 48 hours after making your reservation.

In the event of cancellation or no show (failure to show up at the hotel), the deposit, which is the amount of one night's stay, will not be refunded. If the payment cannot be processed (due to a declined card, expired card, card expiring before or during the month of arrival, or any other reason preventing the charge), the hotel will cancel the reservation and inform the customer. The remaining payment for the stay will be made upon arrival at the hotel.

During peak season: This rate can be modified up to 7 days prior to the check-in time. In case of a cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded as a penalty.

OTHER CONDITIONS
These conditions will apply to all the rates described above.

- Payment must be made in EUROS upon arrival at the hotel.

- The guest staying at the hotel, responsible for the payment, must be the holder of the authorised credit card.

- In the case of early check-out or early departure, the amount for the unused nights is non-refundable and will be charged 100% as a penalty except in the following circumstances, justified with a supporting document: death or hospital admission of one of the guests or their immediate family members up to the first degree of consanguinity.

- All guests will be asked for identification at check-in at the hotel. *Bookings with children: Parents of minors staying at the hotel must provide their children's identifying documents (identity card, passport or family book). This documentation will also be required at check-in.

- The Tigotan 4* hotel, Lovers & Friends, Playa de las Américas, Tenerife; is exclusively for adults (over 18 years) and, therefore, children (up to 17 years inclusive) will not be allowed access. Should we receive customers with children, Tigotan hotel will endeavor to relocate them to another hotel in the chain, with the customer bearing the additional costs.

- At the Hotel Cristina by Tigotan 5*, Las Palmas, in the case of guests aged 16 and 17 (accompanied by adults), documentation proving their identity must be provided (identity card, passport, or family book). This documentation will also be required at check-in.

- The prices in any currency other than the euro are an approximation as close as possible to the exchange rate, not the exact amount.
